Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using skill-stack.io (the "Site") or purchasing any digital skill library, category pack, or enterprise setup (collectively, the "Products") from SkillStack ("SkillStack", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site or purchase a Product.

1. Who we are

SkillStack is a digital-goods brand with team members based in New York · Dubai. We operate online-only; all delivery, support and payments are handled digitally. Contact: support@skillstack.ai.

2. Services overview

SkillStack provides an online library of 902+ AI skill files — structured prompt/instruction sets designed to be loaded into third-party AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar assistants) to perform a specific task. We also provide an interactive map to browse the library and category-specific sales and access pages.

3. Plans & access model

Category pack ($9.95) — one category's skills, one-time payment. Complete bundle ($49) — every category, one-time payment. Enterprise (from $9,950) — bundle plus onboarding, training and support, priced by quote. We may add, remove, rename or reprice plans at any time; the price and inclusions shown at checkout are authoritative for that purchase.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to purchase a Product.

5. Pricing, taxes & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You authorise the charge shown at checkout; these are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions, unless a specific plan states otherwise.

6. Delivery & licence

Access is delivered instantly and digitally after successful payment, via a download link and/or hidden access page. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased skill files in your own work, including for paying clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or repackage the skill files themselves — in whole or in part — as a competing product, free resource, or as part of another paid bundle.

7. User conduct

You agree not to: resell or redistribute our Products; use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our service providers; or misrepresent your identity or payment details.

8. Intellectual property

The skill files, their organisation, structure, prompt engineering and written instructions, the Site, and the SkillStack name and logo are the property of SkillStack and are protected by intellectual-property law. SkillStack skills are independently written and curated by our team; where a skill's underlying technique reflects a widely-known public prompting pattern, our specific wording, structure and packaging are our own original work product. You may not use the SkillStack name or marks without our prior written permission.

9. AI output disclaimer

Our skill files are instructions intended for use with third-party AI tools that we do not own or control. AI-generated output is inherently unpredictable and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, quality, or legality of any output produced using our skills, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it — especially in a commercial, legal, medical, financial, or other professional context.

10. Data & privacy

We collect only the data needed to deliver your purchase and provide support. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not access, store, or process the prompts or content you enter into third-party AI tools.

11. Third-party services

The Site and checkout are built on third-party infrastructure, including Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

12. Support

Support is available by email at support@skillstack.ai. We aim to respond within 48 hours but do not guarantee a specific response time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.

13. Refunds & cancellation

See our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee terms. After that window, because access is delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are final.

14. Termination

We may revoke your licence and access without refund if you breach these Terms, including by reselling, redistributing, or misusing our Products.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results from using any skill file will meet your requirements or be error-free.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Products, including reliance on AI-generated output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SkillStack, its team, contractors, and agents harmless from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a Product, or your reliance on AI-generated output produced using our skill files.

18. Dispute resolution & arbitration

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at support@skillstack.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve a dispute within 30 days, you and SkillStack agree that it will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the arbitration rules applicable in that seat, rather than in court. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, payment-processor failures, natural disasters, or governmental action.

20. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Products, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not required to be arbitrated.

21. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SkillStack regarding the Products.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the current version, with its "Last updated" date, always applies. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
